SDG Publishers Compact
We are pleased to be a signatory of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) Publishers Compact. This Compact is designed to inspire action among publishers. Launched in collaboration with the International Publishers Association, the Compact aims to accelerate progress to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030.
We are committed to the principles of developing sustainable practices and publishing content that will help to achieve goals in that direction.
DORA
We are one of the publishers to sign up to DORA, the Declaration on Research Assessment. DORA represents a set of recommendations imperative for measuring and evaluating scientific output accurately and wisely.
Signing DORA is an extension to our commitment towards driving positive change, working in partnership with communities across all scientific disciplines.
Emphasis on teamwork

TheGMS believes that we have a key role and responsibility in assessing the outputs, outcomes and societal benefits of published articles.
