Department of Forensic Science

The Department of Forensic Science publishes Open Access scholarly papers involving all aspects of modern-day forensics, equally applying to children or adults, either living or the deceased. The Department presents a balance of forensic research and reviews from around the world to reflect modern advances through peer-reviewed research, reviews, case reports, short communications, and opinions.

The Editors actively encourages submissions related to basic research and trials that will have an impact on the understanding of forensic science applications. Case reports, focused research on a broad range of disciplines as well as experimental papers may be submitted. Besides, authors may contribute short reviews (by invitation from the Editor) and letters to the editor.
